A Sorry this watch doesn't have GPS function to track the real position.

A The compatibility of the BIGGERFIVE is Android 4.4 above or IOS 8.0 above, Bluetooth 4.0. (not for PC, iPad, Tablet or windows system). BIGGERFIVE app may not work with US version Samsung Galaxy J series mobile phones (e.g. Galaxy J3пјЊJ7).

A You can set 10 alarms up.
Q Can heart rate be tracked remotely on the app?

A Yes you can track your child's heart rate through the app but I wouldn't waste your money buying this watch I got one for my daughter and it stopped working 2 weeks after I bought it...I won't even charge anymore and when you try and call customer service good luck getting a person
Q Is my iphone 12 compatible with "biggerfive" app?

A APP "BIGGERFIVE" is compatible with IOS 9.0 or above and Android 6.0 or higher smart phones only, it is not compatible with PC, iPad or Tablets.
Q How to set time?

A The time will be automatically synchronized after fitness tracker was connected to "BIGGERFIVE" APP successfully and you can set the time system in the telephone app.
Q Do you need to have this fitness watch connected to a phone?

A For the using, it has to be connected with a smart phone by the application "BIGGERFIVE" before initial use. Because the date and time of the fitness tracker can only changed by connecting with a smart phone.After connected with a smart phone once, it can used alone to check the steps, calories, heart rate, moving distance, and active minutes. The activity data can be showed on the display of the fitness tracker. (but for the information of sleep quality, it only record in the application)
Q Can you set up a reminder to move around after a certain time limit?

A You can set 10 alarms up to do this kind of reminder.
Q I am to charge the 2 watchs for 3-4 days, did there is any setting to modify the battery consumption to have it last up to 7 days???

A Usually, the battery will last 3-7 days, but the standby time will be different under the different conditions. For example, it will be shortened if you often use sport mode or tap the screen time to time. If you want the device to run longer, please go to the APP page to turn off some functions which you seldom use.The main factor of fast power consumption, the product needs to be charged at 5V voltage during use, but the capacitor is broken by using a high-power charger. The product cannot be used at a water temperature above 40°C, which will easily cause a short circuit when the product enters the water.
